Article 1: Policy Philosophy & Scope
We are dedicated to providing high-quality health supplements and outstanding customer service. This Refund & Returns Policy establishes the terms under which customers may return purchased goods. It applies to all sales conducted through our official online store. Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are governed by the respective policies of those platforms.
Article 2: Eligibility Criteria & Timeframes
2.1 Standard Return Eligibility: Products are eligible for return within thirty (30) calendar days of the recorded delivery date, provided they are in new, unopened, and resalable condition with original packaging and seals intact.
2.2 Extended Warranty for Proprietary Brands: Items manufactured and labeled under our exclusive brand(s) carry an extended satisfaction guarantee of ninety (90) calendar days from the delivery date, subject to the same condition requirements.
2.3 Non-Eligible Items: Certain items are explicitly non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to: opened vitamins, compromised seal supplements, personalized items, and products marked as “final sale.”
Article 3: Return Authorization Procedure
3.1 Authorization Required: All returns must be preceded by an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Requests can be submitted via the customer service channel. An RMA number will be issued upon approval.
3.2 Inspection & Discretion: Our team reserves the right to inspect all returned items. The issuance of a refund or exchange is contingent upon the product meeting the eligibility criteria. We may deny returns that do not comply.
Article 4: Financial Provisions for Returns
4.1 Refund Calculation: For approved returns, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is necessitated by a company error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
4.2 Return Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise stated due to our error, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product, including postage, insurance, and tracking.
4.3 Refund Method & Timing: Refunds are processed to the original form of payment used in the transaction within five (5) to ten (10) business days after receipt and verification of the return. The timing of the credit appearing on a customer’s statement depends on their financial institution.
Article 5: Specifics for International Returns
5.1 Customer-Paid Returns: We do not furnish prepaid international return labels. International customers are responsible for arranging and funding the return shipment to our designated U.S. facility.
5.2 Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid by the customer upon original delivery are not refundable. The refund will be for the product value only.
5.3 Unclaimed International Orders: Shipments that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable may be abandoned or destroyed by local authorities or carriers. No refund will be issued in such instances, and the customer may be responsible for associated fees.
Article 6: Policy Exclusions & Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Unauthorized Returns: Any product returned without a valid RMA number will be considered an unauthorized return. We are under no obligation to accept, process, or return such items, and they may be discarded.
6.2 Incorrect/Misdirected Returns: We assume no liability for products sent to our address outside of an authorized return process. We cannot guarantee the retrieval or return of such items.
6.3 Abuse & Fraud: We strictly prohibit actions that abuse our return system or constitute fraud, including:
(a) Misrepresenting the condition or reason for return.
(b) Submitting false claims of non-receipt or damaged goods.
(c) Returning used, damaged, or altered merchandise not in its original state.
(d) Engaging in excessive or repetitive return requests suggestive of “wardrobing” or commercial use.
(e) Initiating fraudulent credit card chargebacks (“friendly fraud”).
6.4 Consequences for Abuse: Violation of these terms may result in, at our sole discretion: (i) issuance of a warning; (ii) suspension or forfeiture of loyalty points and promotional benefits; (iii) temporary suspension of the customer account; or (iv) permanent termination of the account and refusal of future service.
Article 7: Exchanges
7.1 Exchange Process: Exchanges for a different size, flavor, or product are treated as a return and a new purchase. The customer must initiate a standard return for the unwanted item. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued, and the customer may place a new order for the desired item.
7.2 Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item. We cannot guarantee stock levels for exchange purposes.
